All new technicians, experienced technicians or equipment managers who are interested in receiving additional training in electrical and hydraulic theory, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance practices and seeing some of the most current machine designs.

- How to read and understand schematics

- Understand the separate systems in a machine to reduce the appearance of complexity and to speed the process of system fault assessments
- Through hands-on exercises students will develop an understanding of the machine electrical and hydraulic systems
- Hands-on hydraulic field testing exercises
- Hands-on electrical troubleshooting exercises with a multimeter
- Troubleshooting - isolating the problem and repair vs. replace decisions
