CustomerCare Warranty Protection Includes:

CustomerCare Silver Warranty is Jacobsen's standard 2-year comprehensive limited warranty that protects all new Jacobsen turf, commercial and specialty equipment. Every new product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years or 2,000 hours whichever occurs first. All parts and labor are covered. Normal wear and maintenance items are excluded. Engines, tires, and batteries may be warranted by Jacobsen® or warranted directly by the manufacturer - see full individual warranties for details. Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

CustomerCare Gold Warranty Program extends the original warranty by one year to protect the investment and provide greater peace of mind. One major repair bill could cost more than the total cost of the extended CustomerCare Gold Limited 3 Year Warranty. The purchaser of any new product may purchase an extended warranty at modest cost from authorized dealers at the time new equipment is purchased. Gold Warranty is not available for Dealer Demonstrators units.

CustomerCare Original Equipment Replacement Parts are protected with a 180-day factory warranty against defects in material and workmanship and covers the replacement cost of the part.
