Boom Assembly Options:

• All boom assemblies feature self-returning boom hinges for forward or rear breakaway and easy fold-up for travel

• Frame:Heavy-duty, fabricated, carbon-steel channel frame; hydraulic cooler attaches to frame and provides reservoir and cooling for system; must be used on 1992 or newer Turf-Truckster

• Convertible Deluxe Spray Boom, 15 - 21 ft - Full 21 ft. fairway boom (13 triple nozzles on 20" centers) when in fully extended position. Fold wing extensions up and covert to a 15 ft. greens and tee boom (9 triple nozzles on 20" centers). Includes 13 diaphragm check (drip free) triple nozzle bodies with 8003 tips, dual wing extension on/off valve, breakaway hinge assembly, cable support system and 3⁄4” UV resistant hose.

• Ground contour wheel kit for Deluxe boom (10" spacing boom)

• Ground contour wheel kit for Deluxe & Convertible boom (20" spacing boom)

• 15 ft. dry Deluxe manual lift boom, 9 triple nozzles on 20" centers

• SDI "All Function" Electric Control System: SDI motorized boom valves, Triple on/off valves, pressure regulator valve, feed hoses, fittings and "All Function" control box less wire harness

• Quick Foam Marker System: Includes switch box, requires Raven SCS330 or SCS440

• Actuators, Electric Boom Lift (one pair): Converts deluxe manual lift booms to electric lift. For use with Deluxe booms, Convertible boom and Windbreaker. Requires SDI Control System.

• Raven® SCS330 Control System - (Includes SDI motorized boom valves, pressure regulator, flow meter, control console and special wire harness from Raven Console to wire harness connector, all hoses and fittings, less speed sensor)

• Raven® SCS440 Control System - (Includes SDI motorized boom valves, pressure regulator, flow meter control console and special wire harness from Raven Console to wire harness connector, all hoses and fittings, less speed sensor)

• Note: SDI electric control system features motorized valves with metered bypass standard for constant boom pressure when one or more sections are shut off (in lieu of solenoid valves)

• SDI Manual Boom Spray Control: Master on/off valve, manifold with three individual boom section on/off valves, quick-connect coupling, boom feed hoses, control mounting stand, metered bypass feature and pressure control valve

• All function wire harness

• RAM Mount (Sprayer Control Mount): All function wire harness and RAM Mount required for use with TurfMaster sprayers if not already provided on Truckster as a factory MOD; All function wire harness is standard on Spraytek

• Radar gun speed sensor for Raven 330 or 440 system when mounted on any Truckster or SprayTek (includes mounting bracket)

• Wheel drive speed sensor for Raven 330 or 440 when mounted on any Truckster or SprayTek (for use with Raven SCS330 or SCS440)
